Follow the unique email link you received in the autoreply e-mail when you created your case, so you can follow the case's development and status.
Check for network connectivity, either that your network cable is connected or that you are connected to a wireless network.
Make sure you have network connection.
Check that the cables are connected properly. Please drag them back and see if it helps you solve the problem.
A common solution to this is to log out properly instead of closing / ticking the remote desktop window at exit.
